GSB refers to GSB Supplycorp Limited Trade Card refers to the GSB Trade Card The purpose of the GSB Trade Card is to allow GSB Members to access GSB pricing on goods and services purchased from GSB Suppliers without having to open an account. To receive special GSB rates, the cardholder simply presents the card at any participating supplier branch. Use of the card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions below. The terms and conditions of GSB contracts with Suppliers also applies to the Trade Card. Pricing and discounts under the Trade Card may vary from on account purchases. General

| 1) | The Trade Card is a free programme provided to GSB Member organisations. |
| 2) | The Trade Card is issued by and remains the property of GSB. It must be returned upon request. Failure to do so may result in charges being occured.
GSB reserves the right, at any time, without notice and for whatever reason, to:

| 3) | The Trade Card is not a method of payment. The goods and services must be paid for in full at the time of purchase, in the form of cash, EFTPOS or credit card. |
| 4) | The Trade Card is not transferable and can only be used by the person whom the card is registered to (as nominated by the organisation's prime contact). All Trade Cards must be registered to a user prior to the card's use and the cardholder must be a current employee of the Member organisation at the time of use. |
| 5) | The Trade Card is strictly for business purchases only and is valid for use at participating Trade Card supplier branches. The GSB Trade Card cannot be used for online purchases. |
| 6) | To be eligible for GSB Trade Card rates, the Trade Card must be presented at the counter prior to completing the transaction. Presentation of proof of purchase subsequently will not be accepted. |
| 7) | If a Trade Card is lost or stolen, GSB must be notified immediately. Replacement cards will be provided upon request, but charges may apply. GSB is not liable for any delays, loss, theft or damage in the course of post or delivery. |
| 8) | GSB reserves the right to terminate an organisation's or user's participation in the Trade Card programme where the card has been misused, expired, the organisation?s GSB Membership ends or the cardholder ceases employment with the Member organisation. Upon termination from the programme, cards must be returned, or else charges may incur. |
| 9) | GSB reserves the right to add/remove participating suppliers, whereby users will be notified via website or email. GSB is not liable for any resulting loss of rewards or benefits should this occur. |
| 10) | GSB and respective officers, agents and employees makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of any goods or services purchased from the supplier. GSB will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered or sustained by anyone in connection with the GSB Trade Card. |
Other Terms and Conditions
| 1) | Cardholders must notify GSB of any change in circumstances, (e.g. address and user's identity), which may affect the accuracy of the information provided to GSB. Users have the right to access and request correction of personal information through the following communication channels:

| 2) | Registered users of the Trade Card accept that GSB will send promotional material and information regarding special offers, benefits and information relating to the operation of the GSB Trade Card programme. |
| 3) | GSB collects and holds personal information in accordance with its obligations under the Privacy Act 1993. Information is recorded and retained by GSB so as to provide Member's with the benefits of having a Trade Card and personal information will be used strictly for the purposes of issuing the Trade Card, administrating the programme, and for Trade Card promotional activities. |
| 4) | A card holder may at any time end their participation by returning their card to GSB. If so, all user benefits and obligations relating to the Trade Card will cease. |
