Membership Services Administrator

We recently hired a new Membership Services Administrator to help us with our rapidly expanding membership group and are now seeking a second motivated and energetic individual to join our growing Wellington team.
We're looking for an individual who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and support to clients and is looking for a varied role within a lively multi-disciplined environment.
Your role will provide a first level response to all incoming calls to GSB and provide administrative support to the Account Management team and the wider organisation. You will be allocated regular tasks and also assist with a variety of client initiatives and projects.

- Well-developed oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding time management and organisation skills
- Highly energetic and able to use initiative
- Able to demonstrate a high level of customer service
