Deliverables:

• Statement of expected savings using GSB (%)
• Benchmark relative to the market
• Findings (discount)
• Recommendations (may include other brand options)
• Comparable multi-vendor benchmarking

ICT Health Check

GSB will undertake a review of your IT systems and processes to provide a robust snapshot and assessment of your IT systems, capacity and processes.

Deliverables:

• Sourcing, management and disposal processes documented and compared with best practice
• Benchmarking vs. GSB standard contract rates as appropriate
• Contract management processes documented and gaps identified
• Determine if all suppliers are contracted
• Implement / update contract register
• Framework to measure and monitor supplier performance

Outsourced Tendering

GSB will outsource the development and management of the sourcing process. By engaging an objective process to drive the correct outcome, any impression of bias or favouritism is removed. You save client time and money from running the process yourself.
